Over the years, I have purchased many N3ZN keys, a few for myself, and many for gifts to special friends. Not only do they perform flawlessly, they are also precision machines, meticulously built, easy to adjust, and works of art. The adjustments stay put, too. Last Friday, I received a ZN-QRP, unplugged the heavier ZN, and connected the ZN-QRP to the K3. Even though this the smallest of Tony's keys so far, it stays put on the desk, and is just as delightful to operate as the larger ones. There is nothing QRP about this beautiful key. I am going to leave it connected to the K3, and have already moved the heavier one to the S-Line transmitter. Between the unsurpassed quality and excellent customer service, I recommend N3ZN keys, and am looking forward to seeing his upcoming straight key.

I have, and have owned a lot of hi-end paddles, I wanted a first class usa made key, and I got it, I have the Fratini,Schurr,Macpaddle,Mercury,Jones and this key does not take the back seat to any of them, the 5 rubber feet, the weight and selection of finger width , selection o finger pieces, I got it opened it , the finger pieces were broke from the shipping, I called Tony , in about 3 days had new finger pieces,no charge, He is great to work with if you want a first class key,it is worth 2 times as much as it cost, Get him to make you a new ZN-5 you wont be disappointed, NU5X

My key has arrived today! It is in good condition and it sends exactly
what my fingers want. I love it!

Tracking with USPS shows that shipping from the US was quite fast but
the key was held at customs for a long time :-(

I must say you put forth much effort in the details for designing this key.

I like the small foot print for space and it's weight for staying in place.

The nice recessed groove feature on the OD allowing easy movement for placing the key.

Also the beveled front allowing operating positioning.

The lever arm operates smooth as silk....

Received the ZN-HK #022 Friday 1.05.13.

Everything arrived via FedEx in fine condition.

Very well packed.

I must say this straight key is well Balanced Dimensionally and in weight.

Very Smooth lever movement.

I really like the concept for the weighted finger knob requiring less inertia for operating.

I like the close spacing for the trunnion bearing blocks providing a much stouter horizontal trunnion pin.

Again I see from this key that you have put forth much thought into it's design. Thank you.

Just want to comment on my ZN5H. The stamped number on bottom says "062". This has been a FABULOUS key for me. Its excellent operation has motivated me to get back into CW in a big way after 55 plus years in ham radio.

Thanks for the beautiful workmanship. This key is worth every dollar.

My Red ZN -QRP arrived in excellent shape as your keys always do! The packaging for international mail is safe, secure and first class.

As for the key..well what can I say...again; It is jaw dropping. "It really is .....simply brilliant!" A beautiful little key to look at, and able to made feather light to the touch.

Even my wife was impressed, she named it the "Little Red Beauty!" (L.R.B.)

As you stated, it does not move around on the table, and works flawlessly.

Great workmanship Tony, you must be very proud of your product line which improves in reputation everyday.

On air use of the key is superb; smooth as silk, feather light, and I cannot note the difference between it and my ZN-9. What a delight, to go from key to key, without having the discomfort of different finger piece spacings.

I always give your keys the highest possible recommendation to other VK hams who enquire. I hope some of those have filtered through.

Again Tony, thanks an outstanding product, and I hope to meet you one day!

I am planning my next tri - color key..just working on the model. And next time..if you would be kind enough, I will ask you to sign the base with a marker pen. ( I keep forgetting to ask on the others.)

Hi Tony,

My ZN-5H paddle arrived at the Post Office yesterday and I picked it up today. Everything has met with or exceeded my expectations! The packaging was superb. Although the box arrived in good condition, I can imagine that this is not always the case. The key itself is exquisite. The mass, solidity, quality of the workmanship, finish, all are first class.

The light touch and precision have to be experienced to be believed. I am using it now exactly as it was set up out of the box. Imperceptible movement and light resistance. This key is in a whole different class than the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx that I have been using, which seems crude and rough by comparison. The ZN-5H has no play, no flex, just instant response. I am sure that my speed will increase as a result of using this jewel.

Thank you for making such a great product. I will enthusiastically recommend you to all my friends. Having your key will definitely add to my pleasure in operating CW.

Tony, what else can I say? Quality workmanship, must be smooth action because I can't see anything moving on the ZN-SL, and it makes my fist better than it has ever been. I guess I gotta also give you some credit along with a little help from propagation for working an A71, an SV9, and a host of ZL's, JA's, and VK's the first time I put it on the air since they pulled me out of the pile-ups. You're very welcome! FRCers are the most reliable folks I've encountered in 59 years in this hobby, and when your name kept coming up when I asked for recommendations for a new key, I paid attention. I am not given to faint praise, don't buy "names", have no need to impress anyone and am not afraid to call a spade a spade (see my review of the FTdx101MP). Everything I said was factual, and I guarantee that I'll get more than a few flaming emails about not buying a key from Italy, but I pay for good advice and performance. I know the level of skill it takes to produce a product like your ZN9+, and I'll never buy a key from anyone else but you as long as I breathe.
