"Compendium of Automatic Morse Code" was written by Ed Goss, N3CW. I would highly recommend this book. It is an excellent reference book for the avid CW fan and operator. Ed has compiled just about everything you want to know concerning CW into one book. It is virtually an enclyopedia on the subject of Morse Code.
